Where does Aromapass coffee come from?
We constantly travel through Italy scouting new roasters and selecting premium Italian roasted coffee.
Is your coffee Fairtrade?
Though not all of the coffees we select are Fairtrade, the most important requirements for a roaster to be included in one of our boxes are sustainability and happiness of employees.
What coffee machines will this coffee work with?
Our coffee is for espresso coffee machines, traditional, bean-to-cup and pod.
Is your coffee pre-ground?
We only sell whole roasted coffee beans and ESE coffee pods.

How much coffee will I receive?
It depends on the type of coffee you choose (coffee beans or ESE coffee pods) and also on the brand you select. We offer different size to fulfil all our customers’ needs.

When will my coffee be shipped?
Once you sign up you can subscribe to three different subscription plans (every week, every two weeks, every month). Depending on the plan you choose you will receive your coffee 48h after the payment has been received.
Can I suspend or cancel my subscription?
Of Course! We offer the option to suspend or to cancel your subscription at any time easily through your “My account” page. All suspension or cancellation requests must be submitted 48h before the next shipment.
How does the gift cards work?
We offer three different sizes of gift cards (£25, £50 or £100). You can choose to spend your credit to subscribe to any coffee plan or to buy any other product from our catalogue.
When will the gift card expire?
The gift card will expire after one year from the purchase.
Should I spend the whole credit in one purchase?
No! You can place as many orders as you prefer within the credit you purchased.
Where do you ship your coffee?
We currently fulfil orders from the UK and other 26 European countries (Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden).
How much will I pay for the delivery?
Nothing! We apply FREE delivery.
When will my coffee be shipped?
Once you sign up you can subscribe to three different subscription plans (every week, every two weeks, every month). Depending on the plan you choose, your coffee will be dispatched 48h after the payment has been received.
When will I receive my coffee?
We use premium standard delivery services (3 business days). We don’t ship on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can choose to pay with your credit and debit card or with your PayPal account.
Is my payment information safe?
The security of our customers is of paramount importance to us. We adopt an SSL certificate, and your card details will be coded and transmitted to a secure server without transiting on our systems, assuring data protection at every moment.
